Joseph graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville in 2015. After discovering how rewarding it is to bring humanity back into Information Technology, he joined the SNS team as a Field Tech and later transitioned into the Partner Success Manager role where he is today. His hobbies include spending time with his family, playing video games, and participating in a dart league.
